“Michelle Obama Monkey Image” has created one of the most hysterical stirs in the media and net for the last days. So what’s this mess about?

The thing is that an image with Michelle Obama having monkey features was posted on Hot Girls, a blog owned by Blogger, Google blog service. And every time you googled Michelle Obama, the service gave out this image. The situation is even more triggered as “Michelle Obama Monkey Image” was on the top of the Google search results.

At first, Google refused to remove the picture from the blog explaining it with ads and private policy. They amazed that a blog small-sized picture could cause such a loud outcry. Later, however Google removed it and apologized for this offensive image as well as their arrogant behavior.

Meanwhile, the manipulated image is criticized by the general public, not only Afro-Americans. Though, it’s been said a lot about freedom of speech. However, it’s just above any limits as it testifies not only about bad taste but has some serious racist hint. In fact, some people were horrified to see the US first lady like this as it indicates that the American people are not that democratic as they claim to be.

Anyway, what’s the moral of this story? Don’t mess with Michelle Obama!
