It’s been so lot said about weight and how to get rid of it. It’s been so lot said about having healthy look. And it seems that everybody has realized that being thin is not in fashion anymore and exactly healthy weight is something everybody should opt for. But the thing is that every time we see skinny celebrities in ads or in the red carpet, we cannot get rid of feeling they look amazing whereas we are not beautiful enough.

Quite tricky, isn’t it?

What is more, it’s quite tricky for those skinny celebrities as well. Almost all of them are young girls even if not teenagers. Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen, Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, Mischa Barton, Nicole Richie and many others had problems with their health and weight even before becoming full age. The burden of fame and teenage complexes made them a bit over-obsessed with their bodies so we’ve seen quite a lot of nervous break-downs and treating in rehabilitation centers from alcohol and drugs addiction.

Paris Hilton

Thanks God, more and more celebrities skip the skinny standards and sport curvy shapes. Scarlett Johansson and Beyoncé Knowles gave tone to Hollywood hills while buxom Beth Ditto rocked at the NME cover undressed. But unfortunately, it’s a tendency but not a generally accepted way of social living. We still look at thin models and celebs and subconsciously wish to be that skinny. The Kate Bosworth and Kate Moss’s waifish look calls to us and there is nothing we can do about it.

In addition, the stars themselves stretch the truth. When they gain a little bit more weight, they come to talk shows and talk on and on about being happy when they are healthy and normal weight. But a little time passes and you see them skinny again looking even happier.

Maybe it’s about culture. Maybe it’s about age complexes. Maybe it’s about marketing strategies of big corporations. Who knows? But despite the trivial sounding the truth remains that the real beauty is about inner confidence. So don’t look at skinny celebrities. Be reasonable and positive. And the looks will adopt it.

It’s hard to be a celebrity. Personally, I wouldn’t agree to be a celebrity whatever sum of money I’d earn. Everybody’s intruding in your private life. Paparazzi follow you anywhere. Any minor fault is regarded as a crime and you get in newspapers and then in talk shows explaining that nothing that serious has happened. It’s unbearable, really. I can only sympathize with celebrities. Surely, some of them like that publicity. But when it gets to celebrity fakes, no indulgences are possible.

Just imagine. You open a newspaper and see yourself being dragged out of a night club heavily drunk fighting with club bouncers and swearing like hell. The thing is it’s not you. It’s celebrity fake picture. The tendency is growing. Image software editors can do “miracles”. Today you can see celebs naked in unbelievable entourage doing all the “adult stuff” possible just like in hardcore porn.

Ashley Olsen. Celebrity Fake Tanning

However, one thing remains a secret to me. It’s clear that all those dirty pictures and video are manipulated. Celebrity fakes are obvious as the quality are usually very low, to say the least. How come they still agitate public minds? Is it because we really want to see celebrities in negative light and it’s just our imagination that does the rest? It’s sad and frustrating.

The point is that the internet offers the whole range of possibilities which may be used in both directions positive and negative. Celebrity fakes are one of the one-day net tendencies that I hope will be played out soon.
